All fees are due at the start of the appointment*. We are set up to receive credit card, debit card, and FSA/HSA card payments.
At this time we are private pay only. However, services may be eligible for out-of-network coverage. We provide a Superbill for those wishing to file for reimbursement from their insurance carrier. Superbills include all diagnostic codes, fees, and other information necessary to file for reimbursement. Download our information sheet below!
